How can you combat this? This list is nearly spot on for me (not really 5 or 6, but close enough otehrwise) and I know and understand this weakness. I am a robot pretty much. Look up istj personality.

I try to flirt and be more emotionally in tune and try to attract through emotions, but girls tell me that it comes across as faked and thats a turn off to them.

I have tried therapy for years with no success.

I'm very logical and none of these apply to me at all. However, no matter how much I understand at an intellectual level that it's about "how you say it" I still can't say much in social interactions because that is how I am at the core. I simply don't feel the need to externalize much even though I do have a lot to say when there is an actual topic to discuss.

I was watching John Anthony's Approach challenge last night and he said "just say whatever comes to mind", but the thing is that nothing comes to mind. I've been around normies/extroverted/outgoing people and I simply can't match that frequency of communication. Not because I think I'm better than them as a rational person but because I don't have the fundamental behavior that is needed for that.
