As a black woman I’d say to most importantly be yourself but also understand the stereotypes attached to poc women. It’s very hard for most of us to be understood and be accepted for who we are and not who society thinks we are.

At least a third of the women I've approached were black and I only managed to close with one of them. For background, I'm half black myself but don't really come across that way in appearance or personality. Wish I could contribute more here but I'm still trying to crack the code myself.

This might be an unpopular answer but don’t change anything about your approach. If you start using words that maybe aren’t in your normal vocab or do things that aren’t genuine in order to impress them, women can smell that from a mile away.

Approach them exactly the same as you would when creating attraction with a white woman.

I would reccomend not classifying a culture as a seperate type of human being, I have met 'hispanic' people who love death metal and others who are classical music fans, so there isn't one formula fits all

They may just assume that you aren't interested. Most people date within their own race so ot may take someone longer to realize interracial attractions.

Just do what you normally do and DO NOT try to do relate to them, it is likely to come off as cringe and pandering.
