Tbh I think sex appeal is about how you feel about yourself. When one feels sexy, the feeling is exuded naturally and people around can sense it.

So, I’d suggest sitting in front of the mirror. Trying out different clothes and seeing what makes you feel sexy. When you feel it, keep a mental note of it; how that energy runs through your body, what kind of thoughts are popping up, how are you behaving.

For me, when I’m trying to bring out that energy, I put on my headphone and play music. Songs that make me feel sexy. As you said, sit with yourself and aim to feel more comfortable with your sexuality and hold onto your confidence.

you got it right in that last line. If you are friendly, then that's great. However, if you never sexualize with chicks, then that's bad, because they will assume many things (that you are not interested, that you are gay, and so on).

So you should start showing interest in a non needy or creepy way. It will take time to be comfortable about it, and some girls might say they don't approve that. But that's the key: you don't do stuff because they approve it or not. You do stuff that helps you meet your needs and be happy.

And even if they dislike it, you will still come off as more "manly" for them, which they actually crave.

Style, grooming, how you carry yourself, smell good, body language, eye contact, have a good mouthpiece aka being smooth. I’ve learned a lot from Brad pitt and Leonardo movies those guys exemplify swagger and sex appeal. They’re smooth asf too, body language is on point.

sex appeal is a big myth, I've seen little people score models from playboy, I have seen poor dudes get chicks like tia tequila (when she was a thing) and fat poor dudes score Asian hotties in America. The biggest thing i notice is they all have a zero fucks approach to women.
