Unless you lived in the wild without talking to anyone ever you have some social skills.

I'm 29 too and got my first kiss(and kissed 3 more since then) and first gf and sex last summer.

You only have to do 3 things.

Become as attractive as possible. Gym, diet and style should be your priority.
Take a lot of action. Go and talk to women and ask them out.
(Optional but it may help tremendously) Since you didn't have sex you probably are a big porn addiction. Porn and masturbation is very bad for your social skills and motivation. If you get extremely horny but don't have any other way of releasing you will go out of your way to talk to women.

I think you should read models. Obviously take it with a grain of salt but it should get the gears turning in the right direction. It also offers some good insight in mindset whenever you go want to get into it

Youtube is probably a better resource than books are. Karisma King is the one I'd recommend as he follows rsd based natural game. In my view this is much better than old school Mystery Method which is routine based game. Your better off working on yourself, not just dropping routines. But, you can read Mystery's book for overall info. It's good to give you an idea of what game is like. Just google "Mystery Method pdf" and it should just show up.

You can also look for the rsd programs which are only available on the dark web. Hotseat at Home and Pimp are the two main programs to learn from. You won't need anything else if you get those. Mystery Method book combined with those 2 rsd programs is all you will need.

With that said, your best bet is to get out to a big city, find some wings, and immerse yourself in approaching over a weekend or a few weeks. You will learn alot more doing that than reading anything. Also, game theory will make alot more sense after you are approaching.

All the books about pickup/seduction/game stink , they literally stink.

repeating same pieces of shit with different voice & tune , all same crap.

you can read 2000 papers of all books & at the end be like : "oh okay , i could get all that by going out & talking to women for 5 days straight ."

pickup & finding women to fuck is not an academic science , so paying some "mentor" or "book" or "course" to teach it is stupid , go out & do it .

No book on earth with help you. You go out and see, if you’re hot you’ll get loads of attention which will boost your confidence in all aspects. If you’re ugly you’ll meet rejection 99% of the time because women aren’t attracted to ugly men 🤷🏻‍♂️. If you’re ugly honestly just focus on your life, you’re not going to succeed with women unless you make 9 figures and willingly give her all your money. Chances are you’re ugly looking so make money, get plastic surgery if you wanna see what it does it may help it may not.
