Take your shot because they probably think that you wouldn’t be into them though besides just trying to get a piece of ass, you’re already stating that you don’t think you will have much in common with them. I will say this, I could be described as the Latina type you mentioned and I graduated with honors from high school and college as well as played the French horn, so don’t judge a book by its cover.

You said it best you need to be yourself if a woman wants a hip hop dude and you’re not it then you’re not compatible end of story. There are plenty of black women who like brown guys. My sister is married to one and he’s a comic book nerd. But you just need to find one who likes you.
Dressing well and having a good physique will help

Shoot your shots. If your fundamentals are on point you’ll get your share.
I would just try to learn a little bit about their world though. Like if they’re massive hip hop fans knowing a little bit about it will help you in conversations.

Firstly, great reference. 😂
I’m not a cross dresser but I take an interest in makeup and female fashions just so I can show that I understand their world. It makes for better conversation. Same idea. No need to slavishly imitate, but an extra accessory like a gold chain looks good on almost any guy.

My guy, just do some research on systemic and systematic racism and how it impacts black and brown communities. Women of color LOVES someone who can stand up for them and will use their privilege to promote a safe space for them. Try reading books like “the color of law” and “the new Jim Crow”… good luck my friend

Nonsense, just be yourself. Be assertive but not weird.
[–]wj2smooth 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
Well Idk if I’d call self education and accountability nonsense but, different strokes I guess…

I have no more privilege than my my black brothers and sisters, it’s brainwashing is what you are speaking of. Keeping that racial divide alive. Nothing more than a ploy used for votes by politicians and I’m not denying the past effects the future but we are moving on. White privilege is nonsense and every black women ive been with understands that. The real way to get women is as I said, be assertive but not weird, get established as in have your priorities straight and go from there get to know her.
[–]wj2smooth 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
You absolutely do have more privilege then your black brothers and sisters. Idk your situation but by simply not having melanated skin you have a privilege that they do not in America. I know you’d love to move on and forget that the atrocities that happened and continue to happen in America ever occurred, but to not acknowledge and fix the uneven playing field that exists today at s damaging.
[–]DressProfessional864 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Let me guess, you get no women.
[–]wj2smooth 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
First, idk how this correlates to getting women or not getting women. Secondly, I know you’re able to dissociate yourself from the difficulties that people of color face on a daily basis. From one’s ability to qualify for a loan, to their housing appraisal. Not to mention the injustices presented in the courtroom to racial targeting on the streets. Oh and in the office, or in the classroom. I could go on, but it seems that you’re purposefully ignoring these issues for your own comfortability.

Seethe. You’re wrong.
There is 0 privilege afforded to me vs say my best friend or my ex. You’re tripping bro.

It’s not about the look, it’s about the vive, and how you make them feel. You just have to behave masculine and charming.

Why do you want to date someone who participates in a culture that you have no interest in?
[–][deleted] -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Im an ultra pale man with red hair and I have a very high success rate matching with black and hispanic girls on dating apps, I match with almost every one if I swipe right as opposed to maybe less than 5% normally. Not interested in hip hop culture at all and listen to neutral milk hotel so very white music taste. The reason they match with me I believe is because I'm just the complete opposite of the kind of person they'd normally meet in their day to day life, they're attracted by how milquetoast and comically white I am basically, so maybe try leaning into that instead of towards them.

It's bc all women like white guys...you lot have no negative cultural stereotypes and Aryan features are the standard of beauty worldwide. You lot are playing in easy mode lol.
[–][deleted] -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
My match rate with white girls is as low as anyone else using the apps, if not lower

For some reason I have more success with people from other ethnicities. I've always found them more interesting, since I was a kid.

Hi I'm mixed. Black and Jewish
I think on some level you have to embrace the culture of the type of girl you want to attract. I'm a big nerd, but I also collect sneakers and generally dress in a way that corresponds with the women I like. My style is a bit modern, but I would say it will be helpful to Taylor your style to skew towards the women you're interested in. Personally, I like to wear flannels/polos and a nice pair of Jordans or something like that. Clothing conveys a bit of information about the social world you come from. If you're completely alien to them, it could be that they feel too much friction to take your advances seriously.

To add to this, I tend to have the most success with black and Hispanic women. My current girlfriend also has the type of look you're probably thinking of.

Everyone has their own personal tastes and preferences and that’s okay, so I’d just try to interact on an individual basis with the ones you find attractive and see where it goes. Let them get to see you as an individual and don’t worry so much about what their preferred type of guy may or may not be.

I agree with all the above answers but will just add that one word, confidence. Show them you are interested in them, their beauty, v and getting to know them but step to them with confidence, not pushy.

Its all about just shooting your shot. If you dress nicely that'll help but showing you're interested and buying them a drink or something will bring you a long way. They're just like any other person at the end of the day they'll jump in some comfy ass clothes and relax at home.

Not exactly as you described but I moved to the cayman Islands and was swimming in these kinds of girls. I guess for starters you have to put yourself in places where you'll cross paths with these people.
[–]JacobMoogberg69 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Just FYI, a lot of these girls like more macho guys, so you have to work on your dominance. Walk around like you own the place and be super focused on what you want. Ie expect that the woman will want to get on your page and not the other way around. To achieve this focus on what you want and only on what you want.
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
maybe you should try to see them as a person and not an object or racist fetisch :)
I seem to attract a lot of black women on dating apps. For reference I’m a 5’11 Icelandic/Romanian and I power lift.
