Stop overthinking it. Introduce yourself. Since you work together you can play the long game. Get her name and give yours.

Politely get her attention. Tell her you've seen her a few times and would like to introduce yourself. Tell her your name and from there follow the conversation wherever she takes it.

If she doesn't have much to say, keep things brief but walk away with some sort of remark indicating you're always up for conversation, etc.

Be confident but keep it simple. From there, the ball's in her court.

Bruh. I promise you this is easier than you think. Just say “hey, what’s your name?” and you’ll be in a conversation. Just be present, be curious, and cut it short after a min or two. Then next time you see her you can ask her about something from this convo or just ask her how things are going. She’s cute but make sure you’re actually interested in her once you start talking to her. Dig in a bit.

I see a lot of “say hi to her, tell her your name” in the comments. That’s good advice but for someone who’s adept in talking to woman, and no offense to you, but if you were too shy to say anything to her before, just telling her your name will not get you anywhere. You might fumble as to what to say next. She’s your coworker, right? Find something common to talk to her about, work related. Maybe you guys cross paths somehow. THEN after getting that common ground to talk about, introduce yourself to her. Good luck!

maybe smile at her first, say hi and when you both get used to saying hi to each other just hit her in the most casual way « btw whats your name? » it should go smoothly

I'm not a big fan of approaching coworkers with the intent to date them. Save that for after-hours and people you don't work with. Makes things less awkward.
