Call her. And use as much call back humor (and whatever else you can remember) to make her remember the emotion she felt at the time she met you. Frankly, one month is a LONG time to leave it for a girl you met once. Don't be surprised if she's forgotten you or doesn't want to bother talking to you. On the other hand, she might be happy you called. But this kind of interaction can't be calibrated over text so it's probably best you dial.

Texting with "I totally just saw your doppelganger" is one I use fairly often.

Non sequitur texting is awesome. Just send something totally random and see how she responds. Tell her you made an ice sculpture, send her a picture of Ronald Reagan, or do the cat facts thing.

Saying "Hey" if you see them in person is about your best bet.

In my experience texting a girl a month later has about a .00245% success rate. With that being said you should definitely try to remember to text her sooner rather than later.

A simple text saying "How's everything?" (credit goes to Tim "The Right Hand Man" of the 21 Convention). Saves you from wasting time thinking up clever lines. And her response ["who's this?" versus "Good! You?" versus "oh heyy there, it's been forever :) I've been doing x, y, z..."] will also be telling.

It's definetly cold, but don't make excuses if an when you text/call her.

If she has your number or at least gotten it, just text her: "hey! sup? Remember you liked psychedelic trance and Braincell is playing this friday. Wanna come?"

She'll either know its you and respond with yes/no, or not if she can't be fucked. Or she'll respond with :"who are you?" In which you can remind her.

If she never got your number:

Act like nothing has happened and write a text that tells a little bit about yourself and how you met (so she'll remember you) without it coming across that you are trying to make her remember you...lol.

Example: Hey girl! Just walked past X (where you met her) and that smell! Wow! Reminded me of you. How are things on your end these days?
