So I'm a 32M that just got out of an engagement 6 months ago that ended mutually. I feel like Mark Manson's 'Models' and Glover's 'No more Mr Nice Guy' pretty much diagnosed my life. Through psychotherapy I am now trying to rewrite decades of bad programming. It's a bit overwhelming discovering how suppressed my emotions were so late in the game.

In addition to this, I will be living on my own in apartment for the first time in a long time, so my finances will be tight. This makes it difficult to go to the gym or invest in myself. I have made some positive changes : quit smoking, cut out fast food, focusing on my crafts.

All the same, it's like everything I knew and thought about women was wrong. I am also without friends or a social circle since I moved out of state to be with my ex.

I'm currently trying online dating, and have had some prospects via OkCupid . Match. Com not so much. Despite my turn arounds, I am finding myself in front of the TV watching Netflix instead of plotting day game at bookstores or whatever.

Any kicks in the ass would be helpful.
