First of all, congrats on decided so young. You may feel old, but you're life has really just stared.

Next, move to a bigger city. It will be good for your long term career, not just for picking up women.

Finally, you might consider a weekend bootcamp. You'll do dozens of approaches, get really comfortable with it, get feedback on what you are doing wrong. It's expensive but will help. DM me and I'll tell you about one I used.

I'm a long time lurker but I made an alt account just to respond because so much of the information here is terrible. I've been in a similar situation and understand where your coming from.

The others are right, you need to be sure whether you want to be a pick-up artist or just good with women. While heavily interdependent, pick-up is a unique skillset where you go up to random women purely to try to have sex or get in a relationship with them. This poses unique problems and develops skillsets you wouldn't otherwise have. Furthermore, this works best in a large city as it takes constant practice and rejection and you don't want to constantly run into the same people. Don't get me wrong, it can still work in a smaller town but it will be much harder. Also, pickup is focused on sex rather than relationships and many of its techniques can be manipulative and immoral to some people.

On the other hand, a lot of seddit's material is based on talking to women you already know or have some non-sexual reason to be around. This is a lot easier and will bring much quicker results if you have social anxiety but won't get you laid as much as being good at pickup will.

tldr: pickup is harder but once good can give you amazing results, being good with girls is easier but you can't improve as much

There's a reason why these two books are constantly brought up in seddit. They are going to be your bible, read both of them at least 3 times and take them to heart. This should drastically change your life and improve your inner game. Just by reading these books and implementing them you can get laid and form good relationship with women.

If you are still set on pickup these are the channels I watch

These two are extremely good pickup artists. Todd V is know as one of the best pickup artist teachers in the world and he's very good at breaking down and teaching what he does. Karisma King is also pretty good but he really shines with his videos analyzing other pickup artists. Watch these videos and you'll know which pickup artists to avoid and which pickup artists are legitimate. Each pickup artist has a unique style and you need to find a pickup artist that is very congruent to you personality. Also, if you have the money I would also recommend the seminars Todd V hosts, they're expensive though.

For anxiety I would recommend checking out both /r/Nootropics and /r/Meditation

For nootropics to reduce I would recommend ashwaganda or rholdiola
Download insight timer app on your phone and try the variety of meditations they have. Headspace app is also good and while expensive, they have a 10 day guided trial which by itself makes the app worth downloading

I've just turned 25. I've fucked 40ish women since i lost my virginity when i was 19.

I'm telling you right now that when i look around my uni campus sooooo many guys just don't do their bodies justice. If you want to get laid you have to follow the recipe to success which for me is;

1, develop a social network of both solid guys and girls, the more attractive the better but don't dismiss people based on their looks either. It'll be good for your mental health and it'll be good for getting out of the house

2, develop yourself, have good hobbies, spend your time well, have a direction for your life

3, have social hobbies, ones where you actually get out of the fucking house and meet people, can't find one just volunteer at the animal shelter.

Once you've done these three things you've now ticked off ONE BOX that you need to succeed and that's general social skills, being able to read a vibe, read body language, understanding how to make people feel comfortable around you ect.

the other boxes for me would be

A, get in shape, if you're fat, you've got no hope in hell of getting those tinder matches

B, make your self look as fucking good as possible, for me, i got fake teeth, a fake tan and bleach blonde hair

C, learn to fucking dress well.

D, develop your confidence, it comes easy when you're ticking off the other boxes because you'll just start to notice people checking you out, women throwing themselves at you, ect.

Once you've ticked the boxes and done what i've said you'll probably start to get laid. When i go clubbing solo i literally have women throw themselves at me. They might not be the most amazing women but what ever dude, when i go to the gym, the chicks are checking me out (i'm athletic but definitely not as fit as you're probably thinking). Once you get to the stage i am it's just easy and you don't need to rely on game to get girls and i'd actually put seduction on the bottom of the list of things to improve because if you're in my situation you'll be in enough situations where you can develop enough game to get you by

Being the greatest pickup artist of all time is a terrible goal. It's also impossible in a city of 60k. Start going out with a wing. Every night if possible. Read Models by Mark Manson. Keep a journal. Set ambitious but reasonable goals and use your wing for accountability and emotional leverage to get yourself to actually do it. If you want to get good, you'll have an intense pain period as you acclimate to socializing and dealing with social pressure. Make sure you're doing this for the right reasons.
