Ever had a coworker or classmate who took a lot of pride in their work? They didn't have to TELL you they took pride in it, I bet. When people care about the quality of something they're working on, and care enough to put in effort every day to reach its potential, it's impossible not to notice.

You're the same way. If you keep putting effort into yourself every day, the way you might a friend or loved one, eventually it will be impossible to hide how much value yourself and the opportunities you've been given. Other people will pick up on this value, and want you in proximity to them. They'll respect you for your dedication to.... whatever matters you. And respect is basically the same as attraction for most women.

If you're at peace with yourself, it'll translate to going out more, not worrying about rejection and so forth. Will women approach you first? Probably not, but that's irrelevant. Just work on being happy and being at a good place in life.

The difference is someone at an event with their bodies on sitting down till it's done. Versus the guy who's smiling, with energy, going around etc. Etc.

There are lots of great books out there, but if you're muscular from going to the gym, rich or wealthy, intelligent and educated this will certainly attract a large majority of women. This will excite her as you can provide a fun lifestyle, and help mentor her as well whatever her goals may be.

Hell yes! Loving and appreciating yourself is absolutely critical. But also temper that with seeing and acknowledging where you could be better.

However, "loving yourself" in itself doesn't help you meet women but it creates a really good foundation upon which you can build a skillset to meet women
