So the other day I went out with some of my PUA friends and spent hours walking around the city picking up girls. It was fun, but doing it I had a realization that that is not me. Investing hours on end to pick up random women in the city is in my opinion a waste of valuable time. That time I could be developing my social network or studying for class or even working and making money.

It was weird. My PUA friend said that he would spend hours standing at a populated corner and hit on random girls he saw. This is not what pickup should be about. Pickup is an add-on to your daily life, not the core component. I just felt out of place standing with him and trying to approach random women in a heavily populated city.

My ultimate message would be to do pickup with a purpose and not do pickup for the sake of doing pickup. Go about your daily routine and on your way to do things, pick up girls. Please, don't go to a populated street corner and stand there for hours trying to pick up women. You will be disappointed.
