K, ive alreasy mocked the existing commentors for giving shit advice.

If this sub was actually focused on learning seduction, every one of the commentors so far would be downvoted to hell and then banned.

Now Ill try and and answer the question:

OP: very few men are naturally good at seduction. But almost everyone else can learn it.

It has two components: mindset and skills.

The two feed back into each other: as you practice the skills, your mindset becomes better optimized for seduction. As your mindset improves, the skills become more powerful.

The best introduction I can think is a short, readable text called Double Your Dating. Find that and read it. It introduces you to the right mindset, and it gives immediately practical tactical advice.

There is no better introduction to learning game.

Like any skillset, it takes time to learn and experience matters. Dont spend hour reading about it. Learn the very basics and then practice in the real world. Experience tempered by a little guidance for course-correction trumps pointless hours of reading.

Get ok with being rejected. Getting experience means youll be rejected a lot. After you get rejected enough, your brain figures out that rejection is completely meaningless and harmless.

Im hoping someone here will post a link that provides a good guide to cold approach. I dont know of one off the top of my head.

Learn how to strike up conversations with attractive women. Its not rocket science, you just have to take the risk and start up conversations. Practice until your nerves are under control. Have a few canned questions you can go to, and stick to those in the beginning. If you can do well without them, even better.

Add to that, try to have a fun vibe. Any time you can twist things and use humor, do it. But, don't be try hard. Make it natural. Think, self amusement, not stand up comedy.

Adapt a mindset that its all a fun game and don't take any responses you get personally. Its a numbers game, so have fun with it.

Remember, most guys won't even do this much. They will get in their heads and never be able to approach. Then they forget about it and it never happens.

Once you can do this there is more. But, get the basics down. The ability to strike up conversations with any hot girl, cold, is a great skill.

You don't want to go too fast. You are good looking + nice build so that is a great headstart. Focus on learning how to flirt first and how to build sexual tension while flirting. This wil help you a lot in your 20's.

When you start getting with girls maybe focus on foreplay stuff first. Chances are big that girls at your age are still virgins or have little experience. Going for sex right away might be too much for them or too direct. If you focus on foreplay and exploring it will come on it's own.

But again focus on flirting and getting good with girls man, your future self is gonna thank you

For starters. If for whatever reason you do get laid, WEAR PROTECTION.

Second, stop focusing on getting laid. Your personality, choices, and how you act will come off as desperate and needy which women will pick up on. I know, easier said than done at your age. You need to convince yourself that you’re not desperate and it’s not a big deal.
