I think your issue is that you don't know how to game a single woman. So doing it with multiple seems like a too insane goal. And it is if you have no game. You have to learn how to walk before you can run. Once you can reliably game one woman at a time - the rest is easy

There are more types of relationships than strictly monogamous long term relationships. Some relationships are casual / FWBs stuff where it's not serious and sometimes you can have multiple of these active at the same time.
