When I was in a bad mood, I still approached and instantly told the girl that i was in a bad mood but found her attractive and still wanted to say hello.

99% of the time women will appreciate you for the balls it took to approach, and the compliment.

If you are not in a good mood, how do you expect the other person to smile and be friendly with you? In all cases they will copy your attitude (mirroring), if they see you smiling they will smile too, if they see you serious they will be serious and so on...

I wont approach if I dont feel confident & in the mood, and if months go by & that still aint the case I wont do it. Why should I?

'Mood' is technique.

You have to present yourself as attractive, what facilitates that is 'feeling good'.

If you don't actually feel like talking to people, how will that come across? You're not loud enough, you're not comfortable holding their attention, holding eye-contact, you don't believe in what you're saying, etc.

No, you don't have to feel good all of the time but you absolutely have to present a good impression intially. You have to 'earn good will', you have to generate enough attraction that you don't have to present yourself as superman all of the time.

I would say yes it better to be in a better mood.

However.... if you are waiting until the "perfect mood", you may be waiting forever. Life is not perfect.

Just accept your tired, anxious, weary, whatever. Like truly accept it, then get on with it.

Yeah if your in a foul mood and want to punch someone I would not recommend cold approach. But also accept that your not always going to be in the "best" mood you can be.

Who knows, a bit of sarging and your mood will lift.

Then when you look back at how good your mood has become you will be glad you approached anyway.
