By having sex with a woman. You probably have the sequencing backwards in your mind. You make them attracted to you, flirt with them, sexualize the vibe, and then bone them. Once you've done that they tend to be far more receptive to whatever kind of relationship you propose. If at that point you signal that you want commitment despite the fact that you were able to get her without offering it, that usually puts them on cloud nine.

Don't pay dating coaches, they are all scammers. You are better off buying hookers if you're autistic - at least you get guaranteed sex for the resources you put in. Men just want sex from women anyways. More and more guys are using hookers because more and more of them are realizing how ineffective seduction is. Whenever a guy says "but it works for me", when you dig deeper you always find that there's usually some superficial quality about him that women like (i.e. he's tall, he's good looking, he spends a lot of money on lifestyle to attract women, etc).

I'm autistic too btw, and I have severe ADHD on top of that.

anyone telling you dont get a mentor, without having gotten one themself, is not someone to listen to. i personally got mentorship and it wasvert beneficial to me. im 5'6 and 211 pounds, and average looking. i spent years working on cold approach and it took nearly a year and a half of constant effort to feel like i "got it" so it can take a long time for some of us. do not give up. you must see it as a lifelong journey of improvement and celebrate every little win. keep at it and your future gf will thank you for it.
