You should probably talk to a professional man. 19 is super young. I didnt start plowing through thots till i was around 23. Give it some time and maybe take up guitar or something. Wanting to kill yourself is for when you get married(my situation rn). Hang in there, puss and friends will come and go and you'll just want to be alone again. Good luck man.

First off all, you're not alone bro. I've been there, and I'm sure there are many more. I know what you're feeling, its crushing and sucks the hope out of a guy.

But it'll get better.

Because of you're formative years, you're completely isolated. But that doesnt take away from your value or who you are. Take some time and realize nobody determines your value. Just because you're alone doesnt mean you're defective. You're a human being, unique, with incredible value and potential.

Learn to enjoy life alone. Fill it up with things. Once you start building yourself up, you'll start meeting people and it'll get better.

I'm in the process myself. It has its ups and downs, but it DOES get better. Dont feel like your window of chance is gone. You got this.

Read good books, listen to good music. Learn to draw. As suggested, do bodyweight exercises. There are millions of ways to self improvement. Accept that at this point in life there's no immediate fix, it will change, the problem is not if but when.

I don’t know if your going to read this or not but I think your incredible. Let’s just take time to appreciate the fact that you were strong enough to want change in your life. Most people dealing with depression consume themselves in it and never change. But your different you are STRONG. Even if you don’t see it yourself I see it. I’ve been through some of the same things that you explained and the best advice I can give you is to take it day by day. Just try to wake up feeling joy that god gave you another day and try to make the day as best as you can. Also if your dealing with negative thoughts and think that you won’t be able to make it just know that your going to plateau a lot of times before you are truly happy. It happens! Just realize that it’s apart of the process once you are able to defeat all the negative thoughts in your head. It just becomes smooth sailing from there. And I cannot stress this enough compliment yourself tell yourself that you are worthy because you ARE. And anyone in the world would be lucky to have you because you are an amazing human being don’t ever forget that. You are loved! Have a great day!

Life does get better.

You seem to have more discipline than others. I would never go to the gym 6 days a week (or even have a routine)

My own creative outlet has always been making money.

You might be able to make some friends though a academic "hobby", like programming or finance. But you won't she (m)any girls there.

You're not that bad off, you're far from having wasted your life. I have no major mental issues, and have few friends and have 0 experience with girls (the only good dating app is hinge btw).

you need to find a consistent social circle. Something to do everyday, a goal to work for that involves people. I think finding a job or enrolling at your local community college can help a lot. Granted rn w/ social distancing guidelines it's going to be a bit different. But once this blows over I strongly recommend doing one or both of those things. The girls will come naturally as you get a consistent social commitment/circle

Your life is worth it. Worth does not come from having a bunch of friends or women around you. Worth comes from inside of you. Worthiness is you giving yourself the permission to be valued and loved. Until you recognize you are good enough to be loved it will never happen. No one can ever love you more than you love yourself.

Take that confidence that going to the gym has giving you and change it up. It seems like you need to pickup new hobbies temporarily and connect in new ways. 19 is not an easy time in anyone’s life. It is hard because you need to experience what you don’t want to eventually pursue and get what you do want. Hang in there it can only get better if you let it.
