You need to be the life of the party or someone with high status inside the club for women to want to engage with you.

If you go out with your friends, you need to all act like you are all having the best night it of your life among yourself without talking to any women, drawing attention to yourselves from everyone else.

When you do that women begin to notice because the energy within your group is super high, whereas the rest of the club’s energy is super dull and stale and women are always drawn to where the fun is happening.

That’s when they see you are part of that high energy group, and thus they are receptive towards you approaching them or allowing them to participate in the fun that’s happening in your group.

You're not identifying what your sticking points are. You are just doing the same thing over and over again hoping to get lucky. You have to experiment, push your comfort zone, and test things out. You can also get some wings to watch you approach and let them give you feedback. Or ask the girls who reject you.

But, this is game is about developing social skills. You need to figure out what you need to get good at and practice.

Don't focus on taking a girl home. Instead focus on the responses you are getting off your open. Are they positive, receptive and fun? Or boring and logical? Or something else? Figure out what you need to do to get a better response. If your opening game is ok, then focus on generating attraction.

But, you need to figure out what to improve and drill on it. It's just a skill like playing piano or anything else. If your focus is entirely on whether or not you get laid, you're likely to have the same experiences.

Lol it is the opposite for me. But I guess it probably because I do daygame too less. Here is my approach to night game:-

Before going out, listen to some motivational speech on pick-up. Now go out alone 2 or more times a week. If you have a wing, do not just keep wasting time talking to your wing. Escape the comfort zone. Take action.

When I enter the venue, I dance alone for few minutes. I do some crazy dance moves for self-amusement and get my state pumped up. Now I go around giving compliments to guys and then I approach girls with a simple "Hi, I am x". If she rejects me, I go to the other one. Thanks to this, I have made out with girls who look fucking beautiful. My best moment was in night game when I was making out with a 9/10 girl and my friends who don't take action were watching with jealousy. So now they want me to teach them. However, I still cannot pull them to my home but I will keep going and hopefully improve.

Some tips on night game:-

Being unreactive to how the girl responds. She smiles? Cool. She doesn't seem pleased talking to you? Doesn't matter. Unless she ejects or ignores you, you should just keep talking to her. If she rejects you, laugh at the rejection and move on.

Don't say stuff like "you are beautiful or cute". They hear it all the fucking time. Just say "Hi, I am x" with a strong voice and laser eye contact.

When you approach a girl, act like you have never known rejection in your entire life. If she is in a group, first introduce yourself to her then talk to others in the group. Don't be a half-gangster. If you cannot have this level of confidence then keep going out and keep getting rejected until you stop caring and get this level of confidence.

Be the center of attention. When you talk to a group of girls, act like whatever you want to say is really interesting and they will go along with it.

If you are in a place where girls are not very receptive to direct approaches in night club then use a situational opener (like:- "I think the music here is very good or blah blah") to build comfort before introducing yourself.

You have to show 0 hesitation. When you show core confidence, some girls will have their eyes light up. Remember they don't even notice what you say most of the time, but how you say it (your emotional state). I had girls kiss me on their own when all I did was just talk, talk, talk with positive emotions with strong eye contact and strong vocal tonality and it just made them horny. Usually it happens when you stop caring about the girl's reaction.

I learned all this from watching "Pimp" by RSD Julien. Maybe you can watch it too. It's a good resource for night game.

I recently started nightgaming so I am still not that good but I do get some minor successes like dancing with multiple girls or making out or shit.

PS:- Some nights gonna be rough. You just have to do it without fail on a regular basis. It is a skill. Think of it like going to the gym. Some days you just don't wanna go.

You are trying too hard and you have too many expectations. Just relax. Stop going out to get laid or to talk to women or to get numbers. They can smell it on you from a mile away and desperation is just tangible.

I was with two friends the other night at a bar just shooting the shit, laughing having a blast and two girls approached us. And no, they are not going to approach the weird guy sitting in the corner going over routines in his head. Stop having expectations of anything going anywhere and just have fun and banter with girls.

Maybe you cant identify hook point, knowing hook point helps you know when to plant yourself down on a set.

I don't even bother going for numbers in nightgame, it's all very flakey.

Identifying the problem solves half of it. So just contemplate and reflect for awhile what is actually the chokepoint and it's surprising how fast the answer will come to you. Turning inwards rather than turning outwards. If you did 10 sessions, it's likely you just have the answer within you.

Doing a strong direct opener in nightgame can get you kissing a girl within minutes. But problem with that is that the rejection rate is VERY high. So to combat it I just offset it by doing a massive volume of approaches 25 ~ 40.

If you are going out 10 nights in a row and are the only one of your group talking to girls then you are doing better than most. Don’t put so much pressure on yourself and enjoy the fact that you are out living your life on your terms.

Try and have fun. It’ll help a lot although can be difficult if your out only to meet girls. Also try to sexualize the convo without making it weird. This is how you get to pulling or kissing. Without this it fits more into a friend frame and wil be hard to close

Night game you def have to be like at least someone the common idea of a guy that takes women home. Like being a stud, smooth, giving off player vibes. I just approach them, I smile at them a lot but in a chill way not overly happy. You just let them talk mostly and just try to find anyway to bring up something sexual. Pushing boundaries turns women on for some reason lol like I’ll make a comment about their body but it def can’t be right away. Then after an hour or when it feels right just literally say do you wanna go home with me?
