Have you had a relationship that lasted longer than a year? The problem is three fold

If they aren’t any help, start by hanging out with friends who are single. They will put you in situations where there is more of a chance to meet single women. Men in relationships are not in the same headspace or situation as those who are single.

Don’t come off as a creep, believe in yourself and gather that confidence and I’m sure you’ll find someone and/or hook up. Let the horniness motivate you.
