Embrace spontaneous thinking. I watched this video about dealing with writer's block, it said to just write whatever is in your mind without hesitation or censorship. I applied it in my conversation and it worked. There are times when shit didn't really go well but I realized those people are not compatible with my anyway, so it's all good!

Not sure if this is exactly related but this reminded me that when I was a young teenager I would sometimes imagine I was making out with my best friend to 'practice' in my mind for when I finally got to do it with a girl. I did it because I was very comfortable with my best friend as opposed to females who gave me a ton of anxiety and I didn't realize until like 2 years after I did that that it might be slightly odd.
