Try, "hi, how are you?", smiling and looking deeply into her eyes like you really care. If they are receptive, talk about anything YOU like. Dismissive, turn your back. If they shame you, just laugh, it's on them, not you.

if you're cool and friendly and just say hi, and she brushes you off, she's the weird one, not you.

so you have the higher moral ground. so don't worry about it.

This one is more for a party/bar/club setting, but I'm sure you could tweak it to fit anywhere really.

I use something along the lines of "Hey, I don't know you, and I thought I should introduce myself." Then say your name, ideally she'll say hers, and shake her hand.

You've opened conversation, and initiated a little kino just on the introduction.

Again, this is more for a more social setting, nightgame, stuff like that. But I don't see why you couldn't use something similar in a daytime setting.

When you say hi and smile, you don't need to stop always. Or stop them. Sometimes they'll say hi back, then you continue if it feels right. It's all about gut feeling and the situation.

I've had a lot of success with "Hi. How's your day going?"

Really easy to build rapport from there.

Remember to tease a little bit to keep things fun and sexual. "Nice scarf! What are you some kind of artist?" "Well yes." etc etc

I haven't had a straight up rejection (other than logistics) and usually get good IoI's if I just go up and say "Hi, my name is ****, this might be kind of random but I thought you were cute so I wanted to meet you."

Then just carry on the conversation from there, if it doesn't feel natural then you're probably in your head and thinking about it to much. I don't know if others feel this way but I usually have more fun and see more attraction if I just say hi without planning out my words.

I usually approach and open with "hey, how's it going?" and continue from there. If a girl is interested in talking with you, she'll see that you're making conversation and play along. There's no secret phrase that guarantees success - approach, open and chat.

It depends on her reaction. If she says hi back and looks like she wants to have a conversation, then have a conversation. Ask her if she is up to anything exciting for the week or what not. If she basically ignores you, keep walking. Seduction isn't a one size fits all process.

Sometimes, the easiest way to get into it is to force your hand to tap them on the shoulder (tap tap), without preparing something beforehand Trust yourself to figure out the conversation from there. If you do this a lot, and especially in quick succession, it will force you out of your head and into the moment.
