I am currently just starting out at pickup after having a long term GF, a few thinks I have noticed in this thread is there is a few posts about having cold showers, not faping ect to increase your chances.

Personally I am going down the simple path. Here is a few things im going to use and why:

  1. Currently I have bad AA and need alcohol to get over it, my new years resolution is to not drink for a year and to approach 20 girls a week. I will mostly be doing direct approaches as I think this will be the fastest why to loss my AA and also it stops me from over thinking what to say as if I do that I will not approach

  2. When I number close a girl I send her a text the next day, I don’t think it’s a good idea to wait 3 or 4 days as you want them to remember you and I think they loss attraction if you wait

  3. Txting is only a tool to set up a date, I don’t think it is wise to send a ton of text’s to try and build attraction this is best done on a date. Problem with mass text’s it can come off as needy.

  4. I plan to set a date up 3 to 4 days after I have her number

  5. If for whatever reason she can’t do a date then I will leave it for a week or so.

  6. I think there should be only 2 types of messages you should send to a girl 1. To get her on a date or 2. If she can’t do a date then a funny message once every 4 or 5 days to keep her thinking about you.

  7. There is no way you can build attraction by not communicating with a girl, if you are interested in the girl I think you should be in contact with her at least once a week, it doesn’t matter if it’s a msg to set up a date or a funny message basically to say hey how are you ( ie hi my princess ( inside joke or funny joke)

  8. Never send short messages with just hey or ok, but don’t try and be a poet

  9. Never get emotional over text EVER, if she stops responding wait a week then send her a funny message. Do not get angry (I know its hard) but if you do then its game over.

  10. When on a date do not get to drunk or you will miss the hints and loss your chance (been there and it sucks)

  11. Always smile, make eye contact, and make it seem like its only you and her in the room. Who else matters really?

  12. Use nick names or something as an emotional trigger to bring them back to the time when she was having fun with you ( this could be a song but a nickname is probably best)

If anyone has any advice or ideas with these rules I would love to hear them. Happy to move this over to ask seddit if it’s more appropriate there.

I may add more rules if i can think of some but this is currently my plan for 2013.
