You can for the most part apply a lot of the same principles. Be confident, spontaneous, sexual, and fun. In a LTR however this really has to be a part of your persona. You can fake it till you make it, use the booze boost, or simply get lucky to land yourself a kiss/date/fuck but if you want that beautiful, intelligent, and charming girl for the long haul your inner game has got to be air tight or you're in for a rocky road.

Personally, I think all anyone needs is the basics of what seduction teaches and a good understanding of relationship psychology. I learned more about dating from school and reading various social books than seduction ever had to offer.

It's like seduction is amateur hour (yay, we can get one night stands!) and the psychological side is for when you're learned enough to really understand the principles behind seduction.

LTR Game seems to be discouraged and belittled.

I've never noticed this. There's even a link about LTRs in the sidebar.

Commonly, people are told to head over to r/relationships.

I've never noticed this either. /r/seduction seems to loathe /r/relationships, so I can't imagine why they would ever advise anyone to go there. I once saw someone refer someone to /r/relationships as an insult, to imply that they were engaging in AFC behavior, but that's it. It happened just recently, so I'm assuming you saw that also.

There is a desperate need for this. I've been working on this more than anything else recently. It's easy to be witty and charming in spurts. So much more of a challenge for something real. /relationships is BS. We know that.

Have you ever read corey doctorow's "Makers?" This is addressed. Annd its pretty much fucking win until Disney comes along with all sorts of lawsuits, all because one of their Disney obsessed employees seeks the protagonists out with the hatred of 1000 suns.

i wish there was.

im currently seeing a one-itis... she says im her best friend, we hook up multiple times a week, she does sweet things for me all the time. sex is great.

BUT, she just doesnt see me as long term potential despite seeing eachother for 6 months...with a one month break. ive tried some mind game bs, which has worked and has made her really submissive and want to hang out with me alot more. but the exclusive relationshp thing is still miles off.

There totally is. After posting a question somewhat related to this topic, it seems like that it's definitely a goal, but there's so much to learn at the beginning stages, that things like approach anxiety and routines get placed on top because that's where people need the most help. I guess it makes sense too - if a woman is willing to be your girlfriend, you must have gotten a lot of things right (at least if she's up to par with you're looking for), so you won't need as much advice, and things like inner game are much more difficult to train and require a longer-term commitment.
