Idk. You sre probably gonna have to suffer until you find the person you wanna marry and thus naturally lose a lot of lust for others for (lust not attraction)

What is supposed to happen.

2 people have lust and desire and attraction for others. Theh date around but then meet and date. Click. And keep seeing each other. The desire to see others, talk to others, and have sex with other drastically reduces on both ends. You talk to each other and profess this and learn the other person is also not seeing others. You become exclusive.

It is a natural mechanism that happens. You will never lose attraction for others. But you lose the desire to do something about that attraction. It isn't an overnight remedy

As a woman I still feel attraction to men im not in a relationship with but I don't desire them because I am happy and sexually satisfied and emotionally satisfied with my partner

If you aren't satisfied at home then you need to find the person who makes you lose the desire to fuck around.

And that jjst takes time and actually dating on purpose to find the one

It's 100% normal to lust over people.

To me it's like saying "don't get hungry when you look at food".

It's a normal reaction. There's nothing wrong with looking or fantasizing.

Increase your standards.

Make the threshold for who and what you pursue so high that it will require something more than the temporary feeling of lust to meet it.

It never goes away, accept it and look out for your future self by committing to not being a piece of shit to your partner by cheating.

The horniness subsides and gets way easier to control. Don't be like me nearing 40, alone. cause I fucked up relationships with women who really loved me cause I was horni for other women

Find one you can't stop thinking about and it keeps you in check. I have a wandering eye and check people out in general (not just based on attraction - I find the human structure and variety interesting). Part of that eye wander is definitely lusting over women I find attractive. I don't dwell on it, just a "oh shit she's hot" or sexy or something. Part of what tells me that I'm legitimately into a girl is I don't have the urge to actually put anything into action.

If I'm with someone, I don't overtly hit on other women, but I do feel inclined to do so - if I'm with someone I really like, I don't have the drive to make an approach or escalate an innocent interaction. I just acknowledge the lustful thought and move on. If the energy is real high in one of those situations, I might just bring it home with me and put it on my SO. It's like driving by a restaurant and smelling the food, then going home and making your favorite meal. The smell made me hungry, but I only want to satiate that hunger with food I love.

You're a man. It's part of your wiring. If your testosterone would be removed, you would stop. Now, how do you control yourself? By actually engaging in a fulfilling kind of sex with your partner (think hugs, dominating her, kissing, aftercare) AND by having an amazing life outside of sex (find stuff that you enjoy over sex, it's actually the only way to get above lust and harness your sexual energy) AND by having harmless fun like eye-fucking the girl and seeing her enjoy it (you still feel invigorated without cheating; it's harmless flirting which you can turn into quality sex with your partner).

I've been a lustful person all my life and at least for me, I haven't found a "way" of sticking to one person without actually healing the issues that led me to seek out multiple women. I think the results you're looking for come from deep internal growth, therapy, and healing the traumas that cause you not to be satisfied with just one person.

For me, as I've gotten older and dealt with my emotional shit, I am much more content sticking without needing to go from person to person as often as I used to. I'm much more content with what I have and don't need to seek out more.

I would caution against books or tips or trying to "combat" lust. I've done all of that and none of it worked. You not act on your urges, of course, but they won't go away. For me, what's worked and what's working is internal growth and dealing with my traumas and beliefs.
