It's very simple if you follow standard dating practices, regardless of gender. You ask her if she's busy on the weekend, if she says no, mention "I'm planning to grab a drink at this chill lounge bar some night, you should join me sometime. When are you free?", if she thinks you two are going as friends, she'll ask if anyone else is going, to which you respond "That sounds fun, but i'm thinking of only you and me, so when are you free?" say so with a slight smirk while giving direct eye contact confidently. By doing this, you are making it clear it's a date, she will get the picture and either accept or reject.
