There are two main objections here.

1 - She doesn’t remember you because it was too long ago at a bar. She probably met so many people since then considering she must have gone out for christmas new year etc.

2 - She doesn’t feel that you are genuinely interested in her because if yo were you pues have reached out sooner. Now she is convinced your other girls didn’t go anywhere and you are reaching out to her like a second option after your main ones failed.

This objections make it very unlikely that something will happen, specially if you just ask straight away to hang out. The moment for that was back then, not now that everything is cold.

You would have to get to know her a bit during texts or a phone call in Instagram. You would need to flirt, send likes, say humorous comments, show off your life highlights in stories so that she sees it and gets curious and intrigue about you.
