To add some nuance: You did not mention the most important thing women consider though: Their safety.

Men usually don't think about their safety when dating. But for women: The number one thing they look for is a guy that won't rape or kill them. They value this heavily into their choices on the dating-market.

This is a nuance men often overlook. Men just think "that girl is hot I want to fuck her". Women think "that dude seems creepy / scary". Ever heard women saying they find this or that guy creepy? This is why. It's a reflection of them thinking safety first a lot more than men.

This is why women not only look for who they're sexually attracted to that can take them seriously. They look for that + he must be safe. And safety is number 1 for most women.

This is also the part of why dating is hard for women that men often completely overlook. The fact that women get raped / transgressed upon a lot. And they have to worry about that a lot more. That is what is a major difficult part for women on the dating-scene that men often don't have to deal with.

This is a funny thread. OP was like "dating can be challenging for men and women both," and like a dozen dudes immediately jumped up and yelled 'NO THAT'S NOT TRUE WOMEN HAVE EVERYTHING EASY ALL THE TIME AND MEN ARE PURELY KIND AND WONDERFUL," hahaha.

A lot of you guys have become genuine parodies of yourselves. I understand that you're angry at women for existing while you desire them but that isn't actually their fault, lol. Women have to deal with a TON of horrible shit that men do not, and denying that because you're mad about your life is EXTREMELY pitiful.

Men do not lose anything when women succeed. Our society, objectively, treats women worse than it does men. Believing anything else is maga-style mental gymnastics; it's believing in some nonsense you heard in a podcast over evidence based reality and it's just embarrassing.
