The best course of action is to friendzone her. Yes, you heard me right. Friendzone the girl and use her to wing. You have SO much social proof because you live with a cute girl. Girls will feel MUCH more comfortable with you because they will rationalize that "oh, he lives with a cute girl. he's probably not a creeper or weird"

Good luck. Also, the more comfortable you act around her, the easier it will be to live with her.

Ii'm a guy who lives with three women now at an apartment in college. I enjoy getting their feedback on my actions when going out with other people way more than I would trying to date them. Also, we typically walk around in our underwear and aprons whenever we're cooking so that's more fun than trying to make something serious out of it.

Made the mistake of signing a lease with some girls, then started dating one of them. We then broke up while still under the lease contract. The time after that was really awkward and I moved out shortly afterward and found someone to sublease from me. The ride was fun, but in the end it was the worst decision I have made to date.

I banged a roommate once. It didn't end terribly, but it didn't end well either. I wouldn't do it again when there are so many other girls out there. It's not worth the potential hassle. It did piss off our third roommate though who we both hated, so that was fun.

Okay, so here's my experience. One time I lived with 2 female roommates and needless to say due to the post, I had sex with them both. At first it seemed to go alright, they got mad at each other but neither seemed to be too mad at me because the sex continued with both. This worked out for about a month but then they became friends and banded against me. This resulted in me not being able to bring new girls home because they would sabotage any attempts at this. Ended up moving out and things returned back to normal... definitely do recommend repeating this in the future.

TL;DR- Had 2 girl roommates, had sex with both of them and this continued for about a month. After this the girls banded together and sabotaged any other attempts of bringing girls over. Do not recommend repeating my mistake.

My recommendation, become good friends with them, have sex with their friends and anyone else you want. Just make sure to keep that fun comfortable relationship with your roommates :)

Have been living with XXs for years. It's fun, give them a late night massage, pick them up coffee in the AM, drop off the laundry. And you'll have un/limited access to the female brain (and her friends). Once you sleep with her, gets a bit complicated, no matter the casual daters say. It's really a blast actually being friends. She has kind of pre/approved you for introducing you to her best buddies.

Will never fool around with her, she is far more valuable as a roommate than as a sexual conquest and injecting drama and emotion into an otherwise perfect living situation would make life hell.

I would assume that this is the case for others as well, don't fuck your roommate.

But in general even if there is sexual tension they tend to back down after things start getting hot.
