I used to think getting a girl meant chasing. Impressing. Performing. Being a “high-value man.” Truth is, all that mindset did was push me further from actually connecting with women.

I stopped seeing women as something to get and started seeing them as human beings to understand.

Presence > Performance You don’t need lines, status, or fake confidence. Just being real, grounded, and present hits harder than any act. Ask questions. Listen. Share something true. That creates real chemistry.

Purpose > Pursuit Stop building your life around chasing girls. Build a life you’re proud of, and let her want to be a part of it. Purpose is magnetic.

Respect > Strategy If you’re using tactics to manipulate or “win” a girl, you’ve already lost. She’s not a puzzle or a prize. She’s a person. And most women can feel when you’re authentic vs. performative.

TL;DR: Chasing is insecurity dressed up as masculinity. Connection is confidence. When I shifted from trying to impress to trying to connect, everything changed.
