Stop thinking in terms of time limits, it's very arbitrary. As long as you are in contact and both interested there shouldn't be some magic time window of when you can make something more. Go with your gut

Every girl is different and obviously it depends on how awesome you are. No point in asking this arbitrary question. If you approach a lot and get calibrated, you would have a feel of the girl.

This is an outcome-oriented question. If you treat every girl as a project with a timeline that is make-or-break, you're setting yourself up for failure. As long as you're in contact, neither you nor her need to apologize for leading busy lives. In fact, it can be a somewhat useful false barrier.

It really depends on just how much of an impression you made on her. There are plenty of girls who would flake if more than a day goes by. Then there are ones that would still be down to hang out after a month goes by, probably not too common but I'm sure it happens.

Depending on how you build attraction and how often you see her, she may never lose interest. My current girlfriend and I met 2 years ago. The first year we didn't even talk in person. Then the next year we finally had a class together and really got to know each other in person. Well she revealed to me that despite not knowing me in person, AND going through two boyfriends, she had liked me pretty much since the beginning. So as long as you keep in touch with her and don't become boring, she'll stick with you.

Girl here. It depends on the circumstances. If you're both pretty busy but make an effort and at least phone/text every few days, it's understandable. If you met at a bar and don't call/text her within 3 days, she's forgotten about you.

If someone flakes out for the first meeting, there's a really high chance they'll never go out. Flaking is really bad at the beginning of relationships (I don't mean you might become her boyfriend, just the general people/friends/family type relationship).
