The first girl I fucked in college was a junior. She made it very clear that she would never get with a freshman, so I told her I was a sophomore. I guess it's... unethical, but who gives a shit? No harm, no foul.

22 here, do fine with girls around 30. I do tell them my age, they cool off, I pity them openly for being old and boring, then wax lyrical on how we're all on the level now. I talk about how I can talk to anyone of any age as an equal adult now - you think your mindset or your worries will change as you age, but you're wrong - all the doubts are still there, all you have is more stories for the pile.

At 18 I imagine it's a bit more sketchy, so why not just lie - you're saving them from their unfair preconceptions.

I don't recommend lying. When they ask you how old you are, make them guess. Don't outright tell them.

Turn it on them if they start giving you shit for being young "you're probably too old to keep up with me" or something along the lines.

The age shit they give you is just a shit test. If you play it right, then you can turn it into an advantage.

Get use to it, in this life females will find a way to reject you if they don't want to be bothered. Age, sex, too thin, too fat, not thin enough, not fat enough, not enough money, to much money, etc . Its all apart of getting in where you fit in. Its a numbers game really the more women you try for the more you will improve your odds on finding one that like you. Do not fear rejection, expect it, because when you find the one that says yes to you, you will appreciate it.

If a women has a hard and fast rule about not getting with guys younger than her, there's probably not much you can do about it.

If in the US, they might not like that you are not at least 21 because that destroys their ability to go to bars with you.

The consensus on the best line in the opposite scenario (when a younger girl asks how old you are) is "too old for you!" - I would try "too young for you!" with a cheeky grin and see how it works. It should be a good line.

If you live in the US, you will find a natural bias from 21+ year-olds not wanting to date someone under 21 because of the drinking age, so you won't be able to totally get around it.

There was a good line some other young guy used and posted here a while back, something like the girl said "I'm 25" and he said "don't worry, I didn't notice". Something like that, which implies it's her age that's the problem, could work too.

My mate had good advice about this.

When an older woman asks, "Why would I go out with someone your age?"

He slyly replies with something along the lines of, "Well wouldn't you like to find out?"

I have no idea if this will work but why don't you field test it for us? Go try to "beat her to the punch" and when you find out her age go, "Oh, sorry, I don't really date girls that much older than me, but we can still be friends."

I bet you it'll have a tremendous effect. Try it and report back!
