Call up your friend, tell him how you feel betrayed. Give them an ultimatum: an apology or they will be disconnected from your life.

Doesn't matter if he/she is your best friend, you should completely obliterate this person from your life if they respond in the negative to you about your concerns. You shouldn't adhere to bullshit that somebody you are supposed to trust is spewing around freely. Man the fuck up dude and take action on this shit.

Now as for this girl, NEXT her. When she said "you're too cute for me" (by the way dude, serious--you need to work on your grammar. I'm not typically a grammar nazi but if you ever text shit like this to a chick they will immediately think you are retarded) when she said you're too cute for me that basically says she is not interested anymore.

You need to: (a) Ignore her, show her you have more options (b) If she ever initiats conversation with you, be an alpha male. Show her that you won't be pushed around. Women have a tendency to get men on a leash when they know they like them. DONT GIVE IN. (c) Talk to your "friend", have a healthy & friendly conversation. If it goes sour, tell them you will not be talking to them ever again. Tell it to them very alpha male, like you won't give a shit and you don't care what they think--but being polite and easy going.

*In the meantime, I present to you a challenge. I want you to fucking get another girls number by the end of the week. It doesn't matter who, where or when you get the number. So I'll comment on two things.

The more important one is your friend. I disagree with people saying to just tell him to fuck right off. Definitely ask/tell him not to do that shit again, tell him why it's fucked up, but I don't think one girl is worth losing a good friend.

Second, with the girl, the best way I've found to get past that is just playing it off as your friend can say what you want, the reality is none of his, or her concern. I've got a friend who's been saying that about me for a while (he didn't know, and at one point when he said it it was true, at another point it wasn't, but he and I are always dicks to each other, just the way we are) and the girl we were hanging with (mutual friend so not a just met her scenario) looked at me and basically said "no way" blah blah about why she didn't believe it. I figured giving a solid answer is just useless, so I said "never know" with a shit eating grin and dropped the subject. Still got her chasing me and I'm working on the rest of actually using what I've learned here, but really, he just initiated a shit test for her, and I think you'd have to pass it as it came up.

My advice for the friend, and take it with a grain of salt- is to forget about it. If he's the kind of person to do this on a regular basis, just move on. If he asks you about it, say something like "Oh, I've just been busy" until he gets the hint. Don't answer his calls, don't talk to him in social situations. Here's the trick: Don't let it get to you. If he talks shit about you, laugh it off and change the subject.

If this is like a first offense, talk to him and let him know that shit's not cool. If he's real defensive like "I don't see what the problem is" then let his ass go, like above.

As for the girl, turn it around. Say something like "You got that right, but I'm willing to look past it- this time." Own "you're too cute for me" like it's something you hear naturally all the time. in general, with people, show them that their words only affect you how you allow them to affect you.

I'm not saying it's the best advice, but when I was a virgin I lied to girls about it until I lost it and could be honest. I told them I had been with 1 or 2 girls. My rationale is that I wanted to seem in charge and like I knew what I was doing (not in the bedroom, in general). I also rationalized it with this quote I heard, "Whether or not you're a virgin is nobody's business but your own." It may be true, but I still felt kind of bad about lying to these girls who I wanted to get to know and date. It was one thing to not mention it when it was never brought up, but when she specifically asked me whether or not I was a virgin, I felt bad about lying. But you're probably not gonna marry the first or second girl you fuck, so overall I'd still say it's ok to lie about this specifically and just tell her you've been with a couple of girls. But I'd try to be honest in my future relationships and not get in a habit of lying.

Ive had this problem a couple times before. It sucks. Your buddy gets drunk and tells someone and then like 10 more people know. Most of those people wont care, except for that girl youve been flirting with. Ive had girls break off all contact and its because they dont want to be my first. Ive also just told the truth when it comes up. This can be awkward or just brushed off cuz no one cares. Once, this girl didnt know, and we were drinking and she started listing reasons why shed never fuck a virgin. It made me feel super awkward and i just went outside for a cigarette.

Never ever mention it... ever. Tell your friend he/she should never talk about it outside of your social circle, so unfair/unnecessary. Also when hitting on girls at least have a wingman who will back you up unconditionally, one who is willing to exaggerate a story for your sake. I'm a virgin to, but rarely mention it outside my group of friends and has never been an issue when hitting on girls, usually the one messing up the chance is me and me alone.
