Its a delicate balance. Have too much, and you look like like a scumbag. Too little and you are pretty much worthless.

Basically just some essentials for the night: Toothpaste, toothbrush, things like that.

I advice against having tampons or other female hygiene products there. You look MAD shady if you do.

You would be surprised at how little you need. I once seduced a woman when I was living in a dirty artists loft near Skid Row, all I had was a ratty couch the previous tenant left behind, a desk with my computer on it, and a 2 inch thick foam pad to sleep on. I think the most important items to have are:

1) Condoms. 2) Bottle of wine at the minimum. If you want to go further, a mini-fridge with beer and hard liquor/mixers is great. 3) Love seat to get comfy on. 4) Comfortable bed with high thread count sheets. 5) Spare towels, XL t-shirt for her to wear.

Also, contact lens solution. Once this chick was over and I didn't have any. she had used distilled water in a shot glass and left it next to the sink. I was like, sweet of her, poured me some Sake! I shot it. She cringed. She couldnt see shit for weeks.
