Nothing wrong with you. Sexuality is an intimate thing. I'm 40 and had a ton of relationships and dating experience, like a ton. I never enjoyed strip clubs or those kind of restaurants or one night stands.
Having a good game and enjoying women doesn't mean doing everything at a click of fingers. You can do it your way. If you like going slow or apreciating your time with women then do it your way, a lot of girls will apreciate it.
Game is abour being in control of your dating life, not fucking everything everywhere.
Soinds like you are just a "decent guy".

This is exactly what to expect if you don't have experience with many women. Deep down you probably want to talk to some of these woman but would feel even more uncomfortable doing so because they're halfnaked. Truth is, it's just an excuse. If I was there because of my experience I wouldn't let any of those other factors get to me like they did you. So to sum all this up there's nothing wrong with you because 90% of guys would've acted the same. I'll tell you what, if i was there it would've been a whole different story. The eye contact would've been strong and I probably would've been flirting with the waiter to be honest with you

Society has always hypocritically conditioned us to be obsessed with sex, but ashamed of our sexuality.
Our parents may have shamed or punished us for showing any expression of sexuality in our development. So it was pushed deep into the underground, private, and deliberately hidden.
If hiding your sexuality was the only way to express it growing up, it may feel uncomfortable and scary indulging in it out in the open.

Yeah, it’s a weird combination of growing up in a rural community without the ability to see friends much outside of school, parents being in a loveless marriage and mocking me whenever I showed interest in a girl. I had one girlfriend a few years ago who’s been my only sexual partner. Any time I liked someone I didn’t feel comfortable sharing it with anyone, including the person I liked lol. I’ve been working on that, and I have approached a few girls.

You need to be more selfish. You care more about how other peoples feel/think than yourself.

I agree, but how do I do that without feeling like a dick

I've been in a similar situation, and out of politeness I just don't stare. I think that's okay.
It's just you recognizing what it is to be "sexually aware." The waitress was very sexually aware and knew how men react to her. Pay attention to when women aren't sexually aware because they still might do things that make you politely look away.

So…. Therapy?
[–]Sweaty_Literature_69 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Certainly therapy. Read "No more mr. nice guy". It's better than therapy in your situation, trust me.

Don't go to a restaurant looking to find someone. Just be with friends, and have fun. Of course it's okay to look, and chat with her....
No...I dont feel super awkward, bc im not there to meet anyone, or look at them. Most of the time, just treat them as a normal server, be kind, and tip well.
Otherwise I'd just go for some cheap beer at a strip club.
