You don't get laid because you don't deserve to get laid.

Your friends get laid because they are better than you. Not morally, necessarily, but in a deeper, more fundamental Darwinian sense. Don't try to boil it down to looks, clothing, whatever. It's not any one of those things. It's all of them.

So after looking through the comments section, it seems like your biggest problem is that you don't escalate enough. In general, it sounds like you're not direct enough and you value the notion of getting laid more than anything else either.

Sure, you may look good, flirt well, socialize well, but all of these things are going to only get you so far and it seems like you've reached that limit. Be direct and focus less on getting laid. Ignore the guys around you who are. Sex, albeit a major part of many relationships, is not always the most important or the only part of them.

When you approach people, especially guys to women, they can often tell immediately why you're approaching them. So quit worrying about whether or not THEY are going to escalate the situation. You're putting all of the control over YOUR life in THEIR hands and a lot of people find that unattractive. You're relating your personal value to what others think you are. If you're worth something to them, they'll see it.

Flirt. Be cute and a little suggestive. In a group ignore the hottest girl and pay attention to the cute shy one that gets less attention. Pay a compliment but don't go overboard or she'll think she's better than you. Be a little suggestive and funny. If you can touch her arm or hand lightly but don't be creepy. Separate her from her herd of friends if possible. That's a start.

More than enough free material out there on how. I like the Tom Torero material on youtube, you may like a different style/approach, what's important is to learn, apply, experience, then apply the experience (feedback) to get better.
