Winging for a woman consists of staying about 5ft away from her. When she gives you the rescue me eyes, walk up put your arm around her and act like you are her bf just returning from the bathroom.

If your homegirl is considered attractive by drunk dudes, you're just there to scare the creepy guys away. Winging for a guy and for a girl is completely different. A guy needs you to keep his target's friends occupied.

The only way I know is the Hard Mode option. It's also great for your game too:

Be the life of the party. Talk to everyone in the bar guy or girl, ugly or attractive. Be the nexus. Be that charming energetic motherfucker.

When guys come over to talk to you, introduce your friend. Somehow hint or make it clear your not together. You could probably do this by hitting on other girls in the bar.

I'm sure there are other things to say, but you can figure out the rest.

I think winging for girls is hard. Is this happening at a bar?

This can't be the optimal move, but my only successes have been telling guys, "You should flirt with that girl."

Also, every girl who has asked me to wing for her has wanted to fuck me. (This might be me thinking that everyone wants to fuck me, but... I think it's true that, every girl I've tried to wing has eventually jumped my stuff.)

I'm a straight guy who has a lot of female friends. Usually, we'll go out as a group at a bar. Winging for a girl consists of letting guys approach, staying in the general vicinity, and then if you see the panicked look in her eye that the guy is a creep and not taking the hint, you intervene.

It's harder if it's just the two of you because you don't have other friends to naturally have a conversation with, allowing her to be 'left alone'. I try to talk to other people at the bar, go to the bathroom, order a round at the bar, etc. Assuming your friend is attractive and knows what she is doing, she'll get approached. You're the 'break glass in case of emergency.' I think you'll also find you get approached more often by other girls if you walk into a bar with that kind of social proof as well.

It matters where you go with her and the context. But heres a story from one night of winging for a friend of mine who is a female. It was a college house party. Shitty college bands playing mediocre music. Everyone drinking cheap beer. Overcrowded, people not really being too social. I would approach people, ask them their name, flirt/joke, and start convo's with people. Then if my friend Katie was around I would introduce her and be like "Hey, this is my friend Katie. Katie this is "_____". This way it made her feel included and if she wanted to progress she could, or she could just leave. At one point, she was clinging with another girlfriend of hers and the last band was closing up. Also cops were on their way and we had to make a decision to stay the night there or head out. We decided we would head out in 20 minutes. So i asked her who she thought was cute. She spent a minute looking around then told me she thought the keyboardist for the band was cute. Next thing I know, I tap the keyboardist on the shoulder and tell him that my friend katie thinks he is cute and wants his digits. Boom. She got a date for next weekend with the guy from the house party band.

In conclusion, be comfortable by yourself in whatever situation you put yourself in because ideally if you're winging for a girl, you're going to be alone at the end of the night. Second, introduce her to different groups of people, even if you have just met them. Third, ask her if she finds anyone attractive and you can make the move for her, so you approach the crush and introduce them in a context where the boy knows she likes him enough to at least go on a date with him if he can ask her. Or if you don't want to watch: For the initial stages of pickup, the woman's role (if she's out to meet someone) isn't to approach, but rather to create an opening for a man to approach.

Ask yourself, if you were a guy standing on the other side of the bar and wanted to approach her, how easy would it be? What could you change to make it easier?

The big hurdle is going to make it not look like you two are together. Most guys will assume a guy and a girl together are a couple, despite this typically not being true.

Try to become social with the rest of the bar, just as you normally would. Having a girl with you will obvious help. Even if you're not talking to someone she's interested in, maybe that guy who's looking for an opening over hears your conversation. Now you've given him a chance to jump in.

Lastly, teach her how to do an opinion opener.

ask her to point out a guy that she thinks is cute. go up to him, introduce yourself, and then point her to the guy and tell him she thinks he's hot.
