It's weird how when women "can't find something better", it's the worlds problem.

I'm at my job, it's tolerable. I've looked, I can't find anything "better".... Am I gonna be in the news now? Or, do I recognize that, hey, I'm doing pretty good and it could be a hell of a lot worse? OF COURSE. So I stay. I could make a few more buck an hour, but the amount of effort I'd have to put in to get and maintain is is not worth it to me.

I think at a certain point women have to be forced having kids. I don’t mean forced like graped, but strongly encouraged to have kids otherwise facing harsh consequences. Tired of the world as it is now, my neighborhood is becoming a 3rd world country because there are no kids, only old people and foreigners.

The TFR issue is complex and this article is barely scratching the surface. That said, I think the OP's criticism of women needs refinement.

I think women are guilty of not paying enough attention to the big picture and of addressing obvious incoherences in their thinking.

That said, it is hardwired into women to want to mate upwards to some extent. Does the OP really think women should go with men they are not attracted to? Any win-win solution clearly has to involve making men more attractive to women somehow such that hypergamy is minimized and say a 50th percentile mate value woman actually is attracted to a 55th-60th percentile mate value man. We can't just start with asking women to take one for the team because it is for the common good or is fair or is the best she can do.

Well under this reasoning, at least the babies who are being born would most likely be what you guys consider the top 20%. And by time those kids grow up, the “top 20%” will be a larger group and they’ll procreate with one another and create even more powerful children.
