This isn't precivilization. This is simply a stupid point. Societies and people are constantly changing. Trying to draw a parallel is idiotic. We don't live in caves, we don't consist of small tribes. We have billions of people and vast social networks.

I didn t write "proof", i wrote " begining of a proof" and it s not quite the same.

I ve seen in others posts here you ve been answered by others so there s no reason for me to do it. I ve also red you admit you have short term memory problem wich could explain why not much of what u write actually makes sense.

By the time you re reading this, you already forgot what you just red 2-3 seconds ago. It leaves you unable to inderstand full arguments and make things you desagree with senseless. So you write an answer but by the time you comes to a " conclusion" you already forgotten the premisse, and there s no link between the two.

I suggest you take time to re focus yourself, consider stopping what you re on if you re on something. And see if you can start a martial art, it sounds crazy but focusing on something with others for 90-120 minutes coupled with the primal act of fighting (u really have to focus there) will maybe bring back your ability to be coherent. This is just an example, just an anonymeous advice so don t take it bad. Sincerely good luck man.

The null hypothesis would be, "seeing a man cry has no effect, positive or negative, on a woman's appraisal of attractiveness." A well-designed experiment would be very different from this video, I'll grant you that. But the video is evidence. You can call it anecdotal (and indeed it is). You can point out the lack of control. You can say it isn't enough evidence. But you can't pretend it doesn't exist.

You can also provide an alternative hypothesis to explain what happened in the video. But, since you're a blue piller, I already know what you're going to say about that (it'll be some combination of tabula rasa and a pathological rejection of categorization - I know you guys better than you know yourselves).

This isn't precivilization.

Let me just demonstrate how ridiculous that sentence is with this parallel conversation:

You: why did that young man run from the police? The logical thing to do would have been to not run.

Me: the "fight or flight" instinct just overwhelmed him.

You: this isn't "precivilization" - humans no longer have instincts, because we no longer live in caves.

There is no serious and reputable scientific study that links one youtube video as evidence. That does not work. Are there some sad men and women who have trouble processing emotions? So basically you're of the belief that environment is a greater factor than evolutionary history, which is scientifically incorrect.

Our genetics are much more stable and take a much longer time to evolve.

Though some psychological changes do occur faster than people think.

Nevertheless, humans do have an instinct to seek out weakness in others. Men tend to play around with eachother and roast eachother to improve whereas when it comes to men women are ruthless and "don't want to play mommy".

This isn't left to your opinion unfortunately it's something you have to understand about human nature.

If you need proof that women select for strength and against heightened emotional sensitivity and weakness in men there is a plethora of evidence available about what women in general prefer in terms of mate selection. You're already aware of it.

There is a difference between crying as a response to stress (which could be seen as a lack of dependability and emotional stability) and grief.

Of course there is, but that is a very logical and rational point, and attraction is often not rational.

Would you have kids with a sociopath who’s unaffected by close personal loss? Or someone who has so little faith in you that they will fight perfectly reasonable, strong emotions? What if they find another person to be vulnerable with?

I would not, but I am also male, and in addition, I can also acknowledge rational perspectives. Women often THINK they want an emotional man, and then when they see a man become emotional, they get "the ick" and become repulsed by him. It isn't rational, or fair, or even beneficial to anyone, it's literally just a quick and dirty way for women to guess who the strongest partners are. It's a product of evolution and most women are not even aware that they function like this and rarely question their own feelings.
