I understand the frustration. Literature is a great outlet because it brings you back to creating fantasies in your own mind. There’s Literotica, and often you can find explicit fanfiction on certain sites. Most of that stuff is written by women. Once you get some ideas you can start to create your own fantasies hopefully.

You don't need sexual material to masturbate. Focus in how your body is feeling and think about that, you'll eventually be thinking about nothing at all. Using parts of your body that you wouldn't usually can contribute to this, like thinking about the way you breathe and how that's affecting you. Good music can also occupy your mind and wearing an eye mask can make a huge difference. With my eyes open I'm looking for a distraction, keeping them intentionally closed and my mind searches for visualisation. With an eye mask your mind can disregard sight entirely and stop searching for things to fill it with.

I have the same problem!! And it's a guy who hurt me so I usually cry after. This happens after every break up for at least a year then fades. It's like my brain won't stop it's very frustrating
