For those wondering, it was dragging on and on, and every week nothing was getting done. I finally decide about 4 months ago this was not ok. I lit a fire under my attorneys ass and called every week. I sucked it up and talked with my ex to negotiate some points, or at least explain my stance, on the big issues. You have to grab the reigns or you will get milked.
