When I was young and getting hit on, of course I tried to be as polite as possible, even as to not have the audacity to assume they are hitting on me. Then of course I'd worry that I'm leading them on. These were strangers or people at a part time job and I was afraid to hurt them.

That's bullshit, I don't owe them anything nor should I be flattered they want to fuck. Nothing I did made them stop aside from physically walking away. I even tried the old ‘I'm not into guys' or ‘I have a boyfriend'.

My final one, after initially being polite as I was ‘giving him a chance' was “I don't want you". I then followed it up with “I tried, but I'm not interested". And it fucking worked. He looked disappointed, mumbled okay and walked away. Him feeling bad isn't my problem, as he just feels bad he missed out on sex he didn't get. He's a stranger, not like I was his one true love and he was confessing his feelings. Nah, it was at a club. I reciprocated getting sexual, but it didn't feel good. I did not lead him on, actually I gave him an opportunity to turn me on and he failed. It's far more then he deserved.

That was the last one, I have since ‘hit the wall'. The only thing I miss about being hit on by strangers wanting to fuck is not being able to tell them I don’t want them straight off the bat. Faark, for my whole 12yr old+ I feel like I needed to find a magic combination of words to say a simple no to men. I don't even know if this would work again or is even safe to do for everyone.
