If a man stabbed a woman in the boobs after she refused to have sex with him, what would the charges be? IMO at least attempted rape and sexual assualt.

Those allegations were later proved to be false.

I hope they tack on false accusation claims (or whatever the legal terms are), there needs to be stiffer punishments for these sorts of things. Those accusations have the power to ruin lives and should be punished accordingly.

The Dailymail is a tabloid that often bends facts to publish sensational stories, they're little better than the national enquirer.
