I actually wouldn't mind conscripted military service if it came with the benefits it did in the past. You serve you country and you were guaranteed an income, a wife, a few kids, a dog and a house.

But nowadays you serve you country and risk you life and you get nothing! You come back home to nothing! Your country will leave you on the streets poor and to die! Women won't give you a second thought! You come back home to girls addicted to phones and social media calling you an incel. Your pay is nothing to brag about. Your kids are brats who don't comprehend what you're doing for them. The things that men used to voluntarily put their life on the line to defend are no longer there, so why risk your neck for a society and nation that will abandon you without a second thought?

Same thing happened in Ukraine. Its sad… People still think Russia is the sole perpetrator of this war but the reality is more complicated than that especially at this scale. There were so many different solutions Ukraine could have opted for but Z decided to do his best to provoke P. Im sure many of you have been in a situation where our dad tell us something like this “if youre not around I might have fuck him up, I wouldnt back down… etc”. Fathers avoiding being in an aggressive situation to avoid physical confrontation in order to not put their family in danger is what Z should have done. In his case he doesn’t even need to walk away, he just needed to respond differently. I guess winning back his voters acceptance is more important.

Basically, it is what you say wen you make oath (if I managed to translate it to English right), you, actually give up part of your rights to country for the duration of conscription.

Draft is unjust. Men that do not want to fight must be left alone. But evil elites in govt want all men to die in the name of country and patriot etc.
