He has influence on a lot of the figure heads you see championing the red pill in the last decade+ but absolutely not the "godfather" of red pill ideas. Most of his talking points are teachings and lessons already established by 70's era pimps.

Tom Leykis pushed for a form of beta bucks game. Basically get the money and use that as bait to get what you want, instead of being the traditional blue pill beta bucks. I think in today's SMP that's probably the only strategy that man can play successfully.

Tom was great right up until his original radio show ended. When he did the Internet only show unfortunately it was just an echo chamber because part of the appeal of the show was someone would stumble across it and then call in and get schooled by Tom on how ignorant she was. After the 2016 election he went full-blown nuts with his TDS and was completely unbearable I haven't paid attention to him in years.
