I went from Sweden to India and guess what I learned? Girls there don't even have sex with you for years even if you are into relationship with someone.

My friend told me he's is in relationship with a girl for 3 years but she's saving it for marriage. I was baffled, asked another friend and it revealed the same story.

Basically there are very few girls who have sex before marriage if they are in small towns of India

City girls were more widely but nothing like the girls in West and this is assuming they were more friendly to me because I was a foreigner there.

Indian men have my sympathy, prostitution use is not available everywhere and entails big risk of getting caught and being shamed everywhere, losing career or face over it.

Heck, there are no stripclubs to blow steam after a busy day?

It's a sexually repressed country in need of sexual revolution which I am suprized has not happened yet in this day of internet.

Dating there is basically buying girls bunch of things and taking them out without even getting a kiss from all that labor.

I'm Indian and when my dad was 11 and was walking back from school, this older boy (16/17) would leer at him. Eventually my grandfather found out and this older boy left my dad alone. I also remember that when I was 13 I was visiting Bangalore and went to a store and I noticed this man leering at me. Luckily the store owner noticed as well and kicked him out, but when I visited Dehli a couple years ago, I saw way too many grown adult men flirting with middle school aged girls or trying to touch their hair in public and almost nobody except the girls' parents and sometimes a random women trying to do anything to stop these men. There are a lot of poor children who are street children/domestic workers or who are just not well supervised as a result of poverty and it provides pedos and other gross people a large pool of people to exploit with a low risk of consequences.

I remember reading that only about half of child sexual abusers are pedos and the other half are just gross people looking for vulnerable targets or sadists/sociopaths who enjoy inflicting harm on children. Also if you look on incel forums a lot of them are disturbingly obsessed with 12-14 year old girls because they feel that they have missed out on their own youth and that adult women are all impure, slutty roasties. So a an obsession with youth and purity also contributes to pedophilia. This obsession with innocence also drives child marriage (globally around 250 million women were married before they were 15 and a lot of people want brides that are very young and still going through puberty because they "pure" and easier for men to mold and control).

But pedophile/ CSA are also huge issues in the developed world around a quarter of women and 1/13 men are victims of CSA.(https://www.cdc.gov/violenceprevention/childabuseandneglect/childsexualabuse.html). Of course men make up 90+% of the perpetrators of CSA, and the vast majority of child porn users, and the majority of people attracted to children. There's also all of the 1000 year old cat girls that look 12, and the fact that every women I've talked has experienced being sexually harassed by adult men since they were middle school age.

Men are more likely to value to value things like innocence and purity so they might turn to children. Men also have a stronger sex drive, more likely to be sociopaths/very sadistic, and a lot of sex offenders have an amazing ability to rationalize how what they did wasn't rape or wasn't wrong etc. (see Roman Polanski), so non-pedos may turn to children to fulfill their sexual perversions as they are easy to control and are often times unaware of what is happening so they don't tell anyone. Men also have more likely to have super messed up sexual fantasies like necrophillia, scat, vore, extremely violence, etc. so in that vain they are more likely to be pedophiles.

I assume just like being gay, pedophiles have some kind of chemical imbalance in their brains or disorder or whatever you want to call it and it's probably mostly males because for whatever reason it biologically affects males more than females. I also assume men are "risk takers" so it's easier for them to act upon any urges they have than women.

But yeah I don't think I've ever heard of a female pedophile outside of like maybe a 30 year old teacher having sex with a teenage boy or something or a wife doing fucked up shit and the wife goes along with it.

(edit) Oh and I'm going to already assume I'm going to get downvoted to hell about the gay comment but if it's any consolation I'm totally cool with gay people, science still points to it being as I said and doesn't care about your feelings.

CSA or CP crimes are 50% committed by pedophiles and the other 50% is because of different mental illnesses besides pedophilia. One of those is ASPD which causes empathy issues can sometimes cause people to be violent.

Both pedophilic disorder and ASPD are more common in males than females.

It's a disorder or orientation. Affects 1% of men in the pure form. However 23% of men score pesophilic in the lab which means they are as or more attracted to little girls as they are to mature women. And all men are attracted to little girls, albeit at a low level.

Men are disposable so they're nature's experiment. Many have greater variety in all kinds of mental processes, paedophilia is just one of them. Having said that I do think a larger proportion of men than women grow up very frustrated/repressed and this plays a role too in them developing non-standard fetishes.

Lastly I believe there are a lot more female paedophiles than most people think but they don't act on it or aren't caught as often.

I think it's quite simple apart from genetics, it's all about the sexually fulfilling relationships or lack thereof that young men have with 'of age' women. If these are lacking these men begin to hate and distrust these women and see them as 'evil' and mentally poisoned by age as these women are conscious and assertive enough to reject them unlike the kids who will unconsentingly accept their advances.

Children do not display any secondary sexual characteristics which have evolved specifically to attract men.

So what. Evolution is not an intelligent reasoning process. As long as a behavior does not cause a net reduction the likelihood of reproduction, it remains in the gene pool.

Perhaps pedos have no negative effects on reproduction.

Perhaps the genes that make pedo behavior more likely also have other positive effects which cancel out any negative effects. e.g. more horniness in general
