Hello! Over the last few weeks, I ate less and exercised more and, as a result, almost hit my weight goal (I'm only 1 kg. away!). Tomorrow, though, I'll be starting my last year of school. Now, I know that, in order to avoid gaining back all the weight, I need to slowly start eating more, while continuing to avoid sugar, sweets and junk food. While I was blue-pilled, I didn't really prepare meals for school - usually, I just bought something at a nearby shop, that didn't sell the healthiest food on the planet. What do you, RPW, usually eat for breakfast and/or lunch at school/work? Do you know any dishes that can be made in the evening, are healthy and tasty (and can be eaten without having to heat them up in a microwave)? I'm usually away from home from 8AM-5PM.
