The most invaluable tool of the redpill for me is frame.

Where I work you can't advise clients well if your frame is weak. For the most part, lack of frame here leads to alot of wasted time. If you don't control the frame, your client will. When they do, they will unleash insurmountable verbal diareha because of course, everything in their personal story is relevant and you just neeeed to know it.

Controlling the frame corrects this. They only speak when prompted and when you cut them off to bring them back on point, they feel comfortable enough to be cut off by you and don't get butthurt about it. In fact they respect you for it and then follow your leadership.

I've noticed that when I hold frame to a stellar degree, the female clients and colleagues ooze IOI's (which is always an amusing observation).

Personally, when starting out on trp, I saw frame as a difficult concept to grasp and employ. But now I have a very present awareness of it in most interactions, especially with women.

It is most akin to an unseen battle of tug of war. How much of the other person's input I require in the interaction will determine how far I pull the rope over to my side. I've found this to be useful as its easier to spot when you're falling into another's frame this way. Then all you have to do is pull the rope and the person back into your frame (unless you don't need to pull the other person in for whatever reason. But even then, being aware of the current frame assists the interaction greatly).

Employing and being aware of frame at the workplace has saved me from alot of wasted time and has built up my perceived competence with clients and colleagues alike.

A small example: a client came in the office for an appointment to see my colleague, who was absent at the time. Therefore I had to see the client for the appointment. Immediately, the client voiced her concerns that I wasn't the person she was meant to see, that I was too young (31), yada yada. I told her 'listen, it's up to you. My colleague isn't here. I'm happy to deal with your matter but if you want to go elsewhere you can do that. It's no problem at all.' Straight away she backpedaled and apologised. By the end of the appointment she was singing my praises and saying how she wants to stick with me from now on. Go figure.

Employing frame in your life, especially the workplace will have a marked difference on all your interactions.

Tdlr; frame is essential in the workplace. It saves time and raises your perceived level of competence with clients and colleagues.
