I don’t know if this qualifies, but I also thought some of my recent experiences with women were also Beta Bait:

• If your SMV is high (other women giving you attention) some will pretend to not be interested as a way to get you to chase them.

I think this is beta bait because, if you are a beta, you will not be able to realise that she is manipulating you. The key here is seeing how she interacts with low value beta males, if it’s positive “brotherly love”, her acting indifferent to you is just an act.

Once you ignore these you’ll even slowly notice them working to get your attention , but I don’t recommend gaming these ones they tend to be toxic. These women are not happy and tend to view life as a competition for attention, she’ll give you IOIs just to reject you and “feel good about herself”.

There are two principles you can use to navigate these situations:

1) Is what she is doing "wrong" according to YOUR rules? Different people can have different views as to what is moral and immoral, but what matters is what YOU have decided is right and wrong, not her. A lot of times when men are enamored with a woman, they let her dictate right and wrong to them, so they will say crazy shit like "it's ok for her to go on vacation with her ex-boyfriend without me."

Of course, it is your job to come up with an appealing set of rules and you need to do some deep thinking here. If your "morality" sucks and makes her miserable, she will leave. But women generally understand right and wrong, and they often shit test you by presenting you an immoral situation and seeing if you bite. For example, if a woman acts like she is entitled to do something that you are not allowed to do, it is perfectly in your rights to declare that as "wrong." You can't let women warp your sense of morality.

2) The second rule is "don't do anything for her, including providing her attention, that she hasn't done for you." For example, let's go to the "I was raped" example in the article. Now, whether or not she was telling the truth, the fact is that you are not her therapist and if she has done nothing for you, you have no responsibility to comfort her or provide her free therapy for her rape. It is perfectly within your rights to change the subject, just like it would be in her rights to change the subject if you start complaining about the problems in your life.

If, however, she has done a bunch of stuff for you, then it may be appropriate for you to comfort her on her problems and stuff. But even then you must use your judgment and not do anything for her she doesn't deserve. You will quickly notice that women who have been doing stuff for you are less likely to do stupid shit like lie about getting raped. They have invested in you and they don't want to risk that.

The tricks is in simplifying all this stuff down.

For a woman, EVERYTHING is power talk. She is ALWAYS playing a game to see if she can have social power over you.

The greatest way to show a woman she can't win that game is to be unresponsive.

You don't have to be caught up thinking 'what is this test? What does it mean? What's the perfect passing line to say'?

To do that, means she's already won. You're affected. She's changing your thought patterns and as such has social power.

One of the GREATEST things to internalize is that everything women say is just noise. It's literal noise to see if you react. To see if they have any power over you.

And she doesn't give a fuck about what you say in return. She gets her information from everything you don't say with words. Your frame, vibe, body language etc, all need to show you ain't listening to the noise.

So. It's all white noise. Say less, do less. Show in your presence she doesn't have social power over you. Unaffected.

Avoiding beta bait is easy once you stop looking or listening for it and just turn the volume down on all she says.

It's all just 'blah blah blabby blah blah oh blobby blah' (interpretation - do I have power over you, which I will read in your body?)

It's all power talk.

Interesting. But this is beta bait prior to banging.

What about bait post banging. Sometimes a girl may throw affection and try to bait someone into a beta bucks position by making him think he's getting the same as the alpha. Do they do that subconsciously because they realise the wall is near and they require a provider.

At times it can be genuine but Im more curious about the times when its a show to try and snag some beta into committing to her.
