Why does your mind get "naturally flooded" with thoughts like "I suck"?

My first response would be thinking "wow, they suck".

If someone is rude to you - that reflects badly on them. It doesn't say anything about you.

That whole “her lost” mentality is so stupid to me that doesn’t actually help. What I do is instead analyze the relationship the dynamic or interaction that I was in see what I could have done better and make note of it. Treat these women like practice until you get good.

The thing about rejection is, unless you're acting weird or creepy, the majority of the time it's not even you, it's them. Not excusing her bad behaviour but maybe she was having a bad day.

I can see him telling the African slave chained to him, “I thought it couldn’t get any worse than when Cassia humiliated me in public. Live and learn, right? Here, have some Juicy Fruit, Chief.”

In no time at all, thinking , “I suck” really doesn’t suck all that much.

If you get rejected very rudely, take it as a blessing. Because if you had gotten involved with her/him then they very likely would have mistreated you anyway. Because a very rude rejection suggests that they are a POS.

I might need some tips too, because my way to deal with rejection has been to not process it by just moving onto the next, but when things slow down all the rejections hit me like a brick lmao

Think of your memory space as a scarce resource

With that in mind (no pun intended), would you rather focus more on one rude rejection, or push it aside and make more mental room for all the better women you still have to approach?

This is the equivalent of taking your frustrations out on undeserving parties; you’re depriving others of your awesome company because one person made you feel bad

If she doesn’t care, there are too many women out there, and a good chunk of them are bound to love to have you around
