In fall 2006, the father met a woman over the Internet and wanted his children to meet her. But he didn’t tell their mother about the new relationship, and he wasn’t sensitive about how a first meeting should take place, the judge wrote. The mother referred to his new partner as an “Internet whore” in an email and told the girls her father had stopped depositing his money in a joint bank account. Things got worse when he insisted his new partner become part of the girls’ lives and they eventually cut off contact.

I'm not sure what part is supposed to be him 'doing something wrong.' Dating a woman after a divorce, using the internet to find her, or wanting to consolidate the people in his life into a single social group. I also don't know why not depositing money into a joint account is even mentioned but I'm not sure how Canadian child support works. Is that a thing?

In old times women and children had to behave a little decently in order to get money out of a man. Now men have to pay, getting only abuse in return.

In what world is the child entitled to Higher Education tuition anyway? If her parents had still have been married they wouldn't have to pay a cent towards it but now that he is estranged and "Nothing more than a wallet" he is obligated to pay?

Don't bother. Here in BC, twice in 2011 judges voided men's wills in favor of redistributing the estate cash to a couple of alienated 40 year old daughters and the son's ex wife of twenty years.
