I've been in several relationships where if I wanted to have sex, putting her in the mood was all my responsibility. If she didn't want to have sex because I was working too late, not cleaning the house for her, not cooking, didn't spend 2 hours warming her up, or a dozen other reasons, it was all my fault she wasn't in the mood.

Conversely, it was MY responsibility to make sure I was in the mood if she wanted to have sex. If I was tired from work, sore from working out, too interested in a book/movie/game, or just simply not in the mood, she would make it seem as if I was insulting -if not directly attacking- her. If I didn't want to have sex, that too was all my fault.

Have any of you been in a similar position where you were held 100% accountable for the sexual health of the relationship? I find it exceptionally wearing to be blamed for her lack of interest for a variety of reasons, yet when the tables have turned and it is me who doesn't want sex due to her (not) doing the same things, it's still my fault.

To make matters even worse, she starts pouting about how I'm insensitive to her needs or how I obviously find her repulsive and I should feel terrible about making her so self conscious. However, if I say being rejected makes me feel unattractive or unwanted, I'm being an annoying cry baby and I should just man up and deal with it and then accept it's her body and her right to choose when/where/why sex happens.

Do I just have terrible luck with women?
